Departure and arrival information
United® flights depart from and arrive at Terminal 3. The United check-in counters are available at Rows 8 and 9 on Departure Level 2.

When arriving on a United flight, travelers will need to clear immigration, collect baggage and then proceed to customs and excise control. Use the red channel if you have items to declare, if not, use the green channel. Taxis, buses, mass rapid transit trains, limousine and car rentals are available at arrival level for connections to city.

United ticket counter
The United ticket counter is located at Rows 8 and 9 on Departure Level 2 at Terminal 3. The ticket counter is open from 4.30 a.m. to 6.30 a.m.

Alternatively, passengers can visit the city centre ticket office at Hong Leong Building, 16 Raffles Quay. The ticket office is opened Monday to Fridays from 9.00a.m. to 5.00p.m.

SATS Premier Lounge
The SATS Premier Lounge is located at Terminal 3, Level 3. This lounge is available by invitation for United customers between 4.30 a.m. to 6.30 a.m.

Carry-on luggage guidelines
On 8 May 2007, Singapore implemented guidelines that restrict the amount of liquids, aerosols and gels that passengers can carry on board aircraft. These guidelines apply to all flights departing Singapore.

Passengers are advised to pack all liquids, aerosols and gels that do not meet the guidelines in checked luggage. Liquids, aerosols and gels in carry-on luggage should be packed in accordance with the guidelines before passengers arrive at the airport.
