United is implementing new nonrefundable ticketing fees of SGD 35 for tickets purchased by calling United Reservations and SGD 45 for tickets purchased at a United Airport or City Ticket Office. These nonrefundable fees will be effective for tickets purchased on or after July 1, 2010. Please note that these fees do not apply to government or military fares, tickets purchased at unitedairlines.com.sg, or tickets purchased by Mileage Plus® 1K® or Global ServicesSM members.
